TRIAD™ Adaptive Control System

TRIAD adaptive control system, the proven industry standard in credit account management, has
just been released with new decision engine functionality—enabling
multiple scores and expanded in every dimension for more flexibility and
more predictive power in how to treat your customers.
TRIAD 7 provides the option to add the power and flexibility of Fair Isaac Decision System™ as a newly integrated,
optional module. On its own, Decision System helps businesses to write and
execute business rules in any business function, to ensure creative and
consistent customer treatment at all critical touchpoints. When combined
with TRIAD 7, Decision System dramatically increases the total flexibility
of Fair Isaac's analytic and strategy development capabilities.
Specifically, the Decision System optional module gives TRIAD the power to:
- Concurrently calculate as many as ten scores at the account level.
- Use any combination of these scores in each and every installed TRIAD decision area.
- Permit users to create their own decision keys, enabling customized portfolio strategies.
The introduction of TRIAD 7 continues the trend toward ease of use established by TRIAD 6,
as well as continuing to offer improved strategy design capabilities,
improved system architecture allowing faster system implementation, and
improved integration with other Fair Isaac products, such as OpporTune®
profitability management solution and Fair Isaac Model Builder for
Decision Trees (formerly Strategy Designer™ software).
Customer Management TRIAD™ Adaptive Control System
Businesses with an eye toward managing customer risk and relationships across product lines will now
benefit from an enhanced solution from Fair Isaac. Version 2 of Fair
Isaac’s Customer Management TRIAD (CMT) adaptive control system has been available
worldwide since December 2002.
CMT allows organizations to implement strategic actions at the customer level.
Through customer-level scoring, CMT wraps up all products held by a
customer into a single "view." Through adaptive control
software, the solution lets users design and refine automated strategies
that determine the ideal level of exposure for each customer.
CMT version 2 includes improved limit model capabilities, more powerful
strategy development facilities and enhanced adaptive control
functionality. Clients can take advantage of the integration of Fair Isaac
Blaze Decision System™ software for increased flexibility, Model Builder
for Decision Trees (formerly Fair Isaac Strategy Designer) for improved
Estimator capability and BusinessObjects™ for enhanced reporting.
CMT allows portfolio management at the customer level. CMT effectively wraps
up all products into one system and provides a coordinated picture of
exposure and risk at the customer level. This allows an institution to
manage their customers strategically rather than managing each product
strategically. Because the data fed into CMT comes from the complete range
of an institution's products, CMT gives a detailed picture of a customer's
behaviour. For example, if a customer is showing good behaviour on their
current account but bad behaviour on their credit card, CMT will allow the
setting of a particular strategy which recognizes and responds to this
performance.
